  • Brian Voorhees - 8 Session Youth Athlete Program (2 Sessions/Week)
    • Program Dates: May 3rd - May 26th
    • Program Times: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30pm - 4:30pm

    • Program Dates: May 2nd - May 26th
    • Program Times: 3:00 - 4:00pm
    • Choose 2 days that work best: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and/or Thursdays

    • Program Dates: June 13th, June 15th & June 17th
    • Program Time: 10:30am - 11:30am
    • Focus: A fun introduction to Speed & Agility training! Utilizing basic skills & teaching proper movements/technique

    • Program Dates: June 20th, June 22nd, & June 24th
    • Program Time: 10:30am - 11:30am
    • Focus: Increase Functional Core Strength & Athleticism
