"When athletes train with St. Elizabeth Sports Performance, they can expect elite level coaching that has shown to improve athlete and individual performance. Based upon chronological and training age, programming will be put in place that helps athletes progressively enhance sport performance. Programs are administered in individual, small group, and team training environments using a variety of training modalities. All the methods and training tools used are meant to challenge the athlete and usher them towards achieving their individual and/or team goals."

Town & Country is excited to partner with Universal Speed Rating to become an official USR Speed Lab! With proven results and used by thousands of athletes across the nation, Universal Speed Rating (USR) is a data tracking platform that uses a proprietary algorithm to rate athletes speed. USR is used to evaluate, report, and measure athletes. Speed Labs are built to provide metric testing, athlete profiles, and individual training options for athletes who are looking to develop more speed performance!

Twice Per Week & Unlimited Training:

Athletic Performance Training: Grades 6-12

Our Sports Performance Training helps athletes achieve their desired performance goals. This will focus on full body strength, speed, agility, and mobility. Run faster, jump higher, and have the ability to rapidly change direction without the loss of speed, coordination, balance, strength or body control.

Option Includes Strength, Speed & Agility Training

Membership Options:

  • (2) Sessions/Week for (4) Weeks
    • Price: $180.00 + tax
    • Membership automatically renews every (4) weeks
  • Unlimited Sessions/Week* for (4) Weeks
    • Price: $260.00 + tax
    • *Max. Registration of (4) Sessions/Week
    • Membership automatically renews every (4) weeks

Grades 9-12 Training Sessions: (Allow 75-90 Minutes Per Session) - See below for training times in our Monthly Calendar view!

Grades 6-8 Training Sessions: (Allow 60-75 Minutes Per Session) - See below for training times in our Monthly Calendar view!

All athletes are required to complete an Individual Assessment prior to beginning.

Once Per Week Training

In-Season Training: Grades 6-12

Our once-per-week training sessions are designed for athletes to maintain strength and reduce injury risk while in their sport's season. It is not uncommon to lose weight, grow fatigued, lose muscle, lose strength, and lose power.  Don't allow all your gains to disappear every time you're in-season.

Option includes Strength Training ONLY (Avoiding Athlete Over Use)

Membership Option:

  • (1) Session/Week for (4) Weeks
    • Price: $100.00 + tax
    • Membership automatically renews every (4) weeks

Custom Team Training - All Sports & Ages 10+

Looking for team training options? AMP offers custom youth training programs for your specific sport!

 Custom Team Training Packages prices vary based off of team request:

  • Strength, Speed & Agility Class Options Available
    • Available Sessions: (Allow 60-90 Minutes)
      • Monday - Friday: Flexible Times Available Based on Age/Needs

  • One-On-One Private Training
    • Price: $60.00(+ tax) per individual per session
  • Semi-Private Training (Two, Three or Four-On-One)
    • Price: $40.00(+ tax) per individual per session
