What is Youth Performance Training?

These Strength/Lifting Clinics have a small group environment with the focus on learning the basic power lifts, with safe and effective lifting techniques. Athletes learn the set-up and prep for the lift, the actual lift skill and mobility work to do in-between sets to access their full range of motion and power.

  • Clinics will be held on Saturdays at 9am and 10am.
  • Each session is 6 weeks with each class being 50 minutes long.
  • Cost is $125 for members, $150 for non-members. Pre-registration is required and can be done online.
