Strength/Lifting Clinics - focus on learning the basic power lifts, with safe and effective lifting techniques. Athletes learn the set-up and prep for the lift, the actual lift skill and mobility work to do in-between sets to access their full range of motion and power.
Team Training - Home to pre season, in-season and post-season training for NKYVC and various local high schools athletic teams. We can provide general in-season conditioning or speciality strength coaching at your site or ours.
One-on-One Training - Available for your athlete to work on areas of need or power generating skills.
