How do I make changes/adjustments to my membership? All changes and adjustment requests must be made via email. Please send your request to (firstname.lastname@example.org). While we LOVE talking to you, please understand that a request made verbally does not confirm the change/adjustment, only email does.
How old do I need to be to work out by myself? You must be of high school age to workout by yourself. Therefore you must be at least 14 years of age to be unattended in the weight room or on cardio equipment. Anyone younger than 14 years old must be accompanied by a parent and are only granted access to the cardio equipment.
How many times around the field is a mile (large, small, outdoor turf)?
Outdoor Large Turf Field: 4 laps = 1 mile
Indoor Large Turf Field: 11 laps = 1 mile
Indoor Small Turf Field: 14.5 laps = 1 mile
Indoor Turf Futsal Field: 16 laps = 1 mile
Do you allow dogs? While we LOVE our furry little friends, we do not allow dogs inside our facility. This also holds true for outside the facility around the turf soccer fields and the sand volleyball area. We do allow dogs on our grass soccer fields but please make sure to pickup after them! *Exemption for Service animals ONLY (must have proper attire or paperwork present)
How can I receive a list of my member check-ins? You can check and/or submit your health club visits through the T&C App!
Do I have to be a member to join your sports leagues? We would love for you to join our health club, but you do not have to be a member to join T&C Sports Leagues!
